What we offer:

operator Technician program

South Jersey Gas, in partnership with Atlantic Cape, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem County Community Colleges, is offering an Operator Technician training program to the public that could lead to a career in the natural gas industry. Each County’s Workforce Investment Boards are also supporting the program.

Internal/External Training

You have training needs, we have solutions! Whether you need to learn specific industry-related technical skills or a refresher on communication skills, we have the training that meets you needs.

Management/Supervisory Skills

We understand managing others is no easy task, but with our “Just in Time” Management training, we’ll help you lead effectively through others.

Coaching/Assessments

A better understanding of yourself will help you better project your career and development needs. Through individual coaching and assessment tools, we’ll help keep you on track.

Mentoring

Through SJI’s formal mentoring program, you’ll have the ability to network and learn from leaders and subject matter experts from a variety of business. You’ll have no better opportunity to learn from the great talent within our organization.
